Week 21 Challenge: Add Embroidery Floss or Thread
For this week’s Documented Life Challenge, I decided to use my sewing machine and a vintage dish towel that I have been cutting up for various other projects.
I cut the fabric to the size of my planner page and adhered it with gel medium. Once dry, I stitched all around the edges and cut a cute little pocket out of the edge of the towel. I love the effect and it didn’t add too much bulk! It’s the perfect place for a note or a tag!
Looking forward to seeing you all in “stitches!”

Love that idea. Its beautiful.
I really love the towel you used!! I’ve gotta ask, is this a tip in? Did you sew around the page before adding? Love the zigzag stitch and your thread too!!! The pocket was such a great addition!!! Thanks for another terrific challenge!!
