Week 16 – Add a Cardboard Food Box to Your Page
This week I decided to just play! No serious thought behind the challenge and no deep thinking or metaphors. Just sit and play!
Our family is trying hard to avoid boxed foods and eat whole and organic so our pantry was pretty empty. I was really at a loss until I spied the brown wrapping paper on my organic buffalo! Okay, so its not cardboard, but I can make this work!
I cut out a few pieces of the cute brown kraft paper and also a border and shapes from some under paper that I had on hand. A little gel medium, a few graphic images, a couple of paint pens and some mindless doodling. Now I have a fun little page with lots of texture.
I’m so excited to see how you all embrace the challenge! And don’t forget to check the other Art to the 5th blogs for more inspiration!
